Heritage Hotels & Resorts appointed Douglas Libby as general manager of the 219-room Eldorado Resort in Santa Fe.
Heritage Hotels acquired the property in May 2014, the company's eighth hotel in the state.
Previously, Libby was working as regional director of sales and marketing, overseeing five Heritage properties in northern New Mexico. Prior to that, he served as director of sales and marketing for the Eldorado Hotel for four years, and has held other positions with Marriott, Starwood, Westin, Hilton and Interstate Hotels.
