The Sea Pines Resort on Hilton Head Island, S.C., has announced the completion of its new Sea Pines Beach Club event venue.
The two-story 25,000-square-foot facility presents an inviting seaside atmosphere with ample views of the Atlantic Ocean and distant Tybee Island; it features 1,938 square feet of dedicated event space and 40-foot-high ceilings poised for cocktail receptions and group functions.
The main event space is located on the second floor with unobstructed panoramic views, large floor-to-ceiling windows and a spacious outdoor deck connected by terraces and covered verandas. This unique venue can be utilized by any type of group.
The second floor also showcases Ocean Lounge, an upscale bar serving a selection of specialty cocktails and premium rums and tequilas, as well as small plates and desserts.
Additionally, the Beach Club’s first floor features Coast, a casual beachside restaurant with a wrap-around oceanfront beach bar.
The resort now offers 17,000 square feet of indoor meeting space after a $60 million revitalization, including the 1,900-square-foot Magnolia Room at the Plantation Golf Club.
After this year’s RBC Heritage in April, The Sea Pines Resort began construction on a new 26,000-square-foot Harbour Town Golf Links Clubhouse. Slated for completion in April 2015, the facility will host a 2,200-square-foot ballroom and 4,600-square-foot conference center.
Sea Pines Resort features an array of amenities—including 54 holes of golf, 21 clay tennis courts, Eco-Adventure, water sports, numerous dining options, 14 miles of bike and walking trails, horseback riding and five miles of beaches.
