BUFFALO, N.Y.
The historic Hyatt Regency Buffalo has unveiled its new 1,500-square-foot Penthouse Suite.
Offering panoramic views of downtown Buffalo, the space presents a spacious, high-end city retreat that can also serve as a refined setting for hosting social events and corporate meetings.
Guests who stay in the Penthouse Suite receive complimentary transportation in the hotel’s Mercedes-Benz shuttles, as well as their own personal concierge or meeting concierge to take care of advance and on-site requests.
“The Penthouse Suite is a dynamic mix of both modern and classic elements—similar to the city of Buffalo, which is currently experiencing a period of economic and cultural resurgence," says General Manager Jay Dellavecchia.
The suite has Mid-Century-style chandelier lighting, pin-studded plush living room furnishings and custom artwork including black and white vintage photography of downtown Buffalo.
The neutral décor of the space is accentuated by pops of persimmon and turquoise, while taupe and gray tones are an ode to nearby Niagara Falls and Lakes Erie and Ontario. A seven-foot dining room table is constructed of oak beams and flanked by leather chairs.
Other touches include Art Deco-inspired mirrored dressers and desks.
In addition to the bedroom, living and dining room, a full and half bath, the suite also features a walk-in closet full along with a kitchen and breakfast area with a refrigerator and wine cooler. Three 65” LCD TVs prepare the suite for multimedia presentations and viewing parties.
Hyatt Regency Buffalo, 2 Fountain Plaza, is a 1922 landmark building. Adjacent to the Buffalo Convention Center and minutes from Niagara Falls, and Ralph Wilson Stadium, the hotel offers 396 guest rooms, 17 suites and 23,479 square feet of flexible meeting space.
