SAN DIEGO
The Robert Green Company has partnered with Montage Hotels and Resorts to break ground on the Pendry San Diego, a 317-key property with more than 22,000 of meeting space.
Located at the epicenter of the Gaslamp District, and scheduled to open in 2016, Pendry San Diego will feature 317 guest rooms, including 36 suites, a rooftop pool, two uniquely designed restaurants, an ultra-lounge, a beer hall, a spa and a fitness facility.
The hotel is being built on a site bordered by 5th Ave., 6th Ave. and J St., just a few blocks from Petco Park—home to MLB’s San Diego Padres—and the San Diego Convention Center.
