SUNNYVALE, Calif.
Courtyard by Marriott Sunnyvale Mountain View in Sunnyvale, Calif., is now open for business, featuring a new lobby space as well as Courtyard's latest contemporary room design.
Located at 660 West El Camino Real, the 145-room hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by T2 Development, LLC and managed by Evolution Hospitality of San Clemente, Calif.; the property offers guests access to Silicon Valley and California's Great America.
The new room design provides guests the chance to store bags on the "Luggage Drop" and plug personal devices into the "Tech Drop" ledge for seamless technology integration.
Signature furniture and architectural elements replace traditional art in each guest room. The "LoungeAround" sofa offers some color and an area for relaxing or for working. The new design also features a light desk on wheels, allowing guests to work from anywhere in the room.
The four-story hotel has a heated outdoor swimming pool, fitness center and guest laundry, and offers 448 square feet of meeting space with "plug-n-play technology" to accommodate functions of up to 14 people.
