ORLANDO
Sheraton Lake Buena Vista Resort—the reinvented Orlando resort located near Downtown Disney—has announced that it expects an additional 2,400 square feet of naturally lit, flexible breakout space to be completed by mid-December 2014.
To further accommodate meetings and events, Sheraton Lake Buena Vista Resort will add five new breakout rooms, with a few of the spaces offering 660 square feet of space.
Following a $25 million renovation, the 486-room Sheraton Lake Buena Vista Resort holds 20,000 square feet of all-encompassing meeting and event space that includes two adjacent ballrooms, 20 breakout rooms and two outdoor venues for banquet functions. The property hosts functions ranging from small, intimate gatherings of as few as 12 to events of 500.
Sheraton Lake Buena Vista’s meeting and event spaces are located on the ground floor with valet service and a parking area that is central to resort meeting space. A naturally lit foyer leads to adjacent ballrooms while breakout rooms are available in a number of locations in close proximity around the resort and can easily accommodate functions for 10 to 100 individuals.
