NASHVILLE, Tenn.
Chattanooga-based Vision Hospitality Group recently opened the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Nashville Downtown/The Gulch, which will feature the city’s first hotel rooftop lounge.
The eight-story hotel includes 126 modern guest rooms and suites, over 1,000 square feet of meeting space and an indoor whirlpool. With direct access to I-24 and I-65, the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott is located in the trendy neighborhood of the Gulch, within walking distance of local shops and restaurants and near Nashville’s Music Row.
Up, a Rooftop Lounge (independently owned) will feature a specialty tapas menu, intimate atmosphere and panoramic views of the city. The lounge is slated to open in December.
The Gulch is known for its commitment to environmental responsibility, becoming an official LEED certified Green Neighborhood in 2009. In keeping with the characteristics of the neighborhood, the Fairfield Inn & Suites will pursue LEED certification.
Vision has nine properties in operation or development in Greater Nashville, including the Residence Inn by Marriott Nashville SE/Murfreesboro, expected to open later this month.
