Orlando's newest lifestyle resort, B Resort & Spa Lake Buena Vista, located within Walt Disney World, has completed an extensive renovation, with all facilities and amenities now open.
The property was formerly the Royal Plaza Hotel, but has been completely re-envisioned to fit the B Resort style and approach. It is situated in the Downtown Disney area within walking distance to shops, restaurants and entertainment, and a brief ride away from the Walt Disney World Theme Parks, to which the hotel offers complimentary shuttle transportation.
B Resort & Spa Lake Buena Vista is also only 10 minutes from the Orange County Convention Center and 20 minutes from Orlando International Airport and downtown Orlando.
The resort offers 394 guest rooms and suites, a zero-entry pool with interactive water features; four tennis courts; a Kid's Zone; complimentary Wi-Fi available throughout the guest rooms, meeting spaces and public areas; and Monscierge, a digital touchscreen concierge and destination guide (also available via mobile app) offering local recommendations.
Other amenities include the brand's first full-service B Indulged AVEDA, a lifestyle spa, alongside the B Artistic program, a B Brand program that showcases the vibrant local arts scene with original works on display and available for purchase in the resort's common areas.
American Q, the resort's signature restaurant, offers a modern take on classic barbecue, including an appetizer and salad buffet housed on the flatbed of a 1951 cherry-red Ford F1 pickup truck, and an "all-you-can-eat" parade of barbecued meats and poultry, continuously served tableside by "cowboy/cowgirl" servers.
Planners and event attendees will find more than 25,000 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor function space equipped for business meetings and other gatherings.
