MONTEGO BAY, Jamaica
Playa Hotels & Resorts has announced the upcoming opening of Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall, an adults-only all-inclusive experience, and Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall, an all-inclusive experience for guests of all ages, in Montego Bay, Jamaica's first Hyatt-branded all-inclusive resorts.
The new hotels, which are expected to open Nov. 23, 2014, at the former site of The Ritz-Carlton, are the culmination of an approximate $80 million expansion and repositioning.
Spanning 1,200 feet of private coastline on the Caribbean, Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall and Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall will share the same resort grounds and offer a combined 621 luxury suites.
Luxury services will begin upon touchdown at Montego Bay's Sangster International Airport, where guests will receive personal attention at a private arrivals lounge before being greeted by an exclusive complimentary transfer service to the Hyatt All-Inclusive resorts.
Once on site, guests will enjoy dramatic cascading pools, 24-hour suite service, a full-service spa and wellness center, enhanced luggage and beach butler service and nearly 50,000 square feet of interior and exterior meeting and special event space.
The resort will offer 18 restaurants, bars and lounges melding Caribbean flavors, ranging from Jamaican Jerk to a Churrasco Brazilian Steak House to a Moroccan style Fez Roof Top Lounge.
Celebrating Rose Hall's history as a top golf destination, guests of Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall and Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall may enjoy a complimentary round of golf at their choice of the White Witch or the Cinnamon Hill golf courses.
