Virginia's Richmond Region Tourism named Kristin McGrath as new director of sales and services.
McGrath comes to Richmond from Rhode Island's Providence Warwick CVB where she served as vice president of sales. With the CVB since 2005, she also previously held the roles of national sales manager and director of sales. Prior to joining the Providence Warwick CVB she worked at the Westin Copley Place Boston and with the Greater Boston CVB.
McGrath brings more than 18 years of industry experience to her new position, and in Richmond she will be responsible for enhancing the region's convention services packages and developing stakeholder relationships.
