ST. CHARLES, Ill.
Hospitality Ventures Management Group has completed the renovation of Hilton Garden Inn St. Charles, located at 4070 E. Main Street in St. Charles, Ill.. The hotel has 15 meeting rooms, offering approximately 20,000 square feet of flexible space.
The property now features elements of Project Grow, a brand revitalization initiative that includes upgrades to the property's communal spaces, including custom-tailored color schemes, seating arrangements, lobby bars, and updated floor and tile work.
The 120 guest rooms include an oversized desk with an ergonomic desk chair; 37-inch high definition television in standard rooms and 42- inch high definition television in suites; and a "hospitality center" with a mini-fridge, microwave oven and Keurig coffee maker.
Additional Hilton Garden Inn St. Charles amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access in guest rooms and public spaces; 24-hour business center featuring Print Spot remote printing; a fitness center, as well an indoor swimming pool and hot tub.
