LAS VEGAS
Cvent has recognized ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas as the top meeting resort in North America, based on data compiled from its own Supplier Network, an online platform connecting corporate meeting and event planners with more than 218,000 resorts.
In addition to evaluating meetings-booking activity, the Top 100 were determined by third-party reviews, the number of rooms booked throughout the year, resort amenities, consumer scores, total requests for proposals and awarded requests for proposals.
This year’s list represents Cvent’s third annual selection of the Top 100 Most Popular Meeting Resorts in North America and the Caribbean.
“This wonderful honor is a testament to our commitment to providing the highest levels of service and expertise within the meetings industry,” said Tony Yousfi, VP of Sales for ARIA.
Located in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, ARIA provides a blend of modern architecture, distinctive décor and 300,000 square feet of technologically-advanced meeting and convention space. The resort offers a convention setting with three levels of 38 meeting rooms and four ballrooms capable of accommodating gatherings of up to 5,000 people.
In addition, four of ARIA’s sister properties in Las Vegas earned their way into the Top 10: Bellagio, MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay and The Mirage. All part of MGM Resorts International.
“The meetings industry is vital to the success of MGM Resorts International, our properties and Las Vegas, so I am thrilled to see several of our world-renowned resorts recognized as the very best meeting destinations," said Mike Dominguez, senior VP of Sales for MGM Resorts.
ARIA Resort & Casino is an AAA Five-Diamond resort on the Las Vegas Strip featuring unique offerings that include the luxurious Shops at Crystals and the first-of-its-kind public Fine Art Collection. ARIA and its neighboring properties within CityCenter are a joint venture between MGM Resorts International and Infinity World Development Corp.
