Now taking reservations, the Chef’s Studio has debuted as the newest venue at El San Juan Resort & Casino, a Hilton Hotel. Located in the resort’s main kitchen, the Studio welcomes eight guests for a private culinary experience.
Available upon prior reservation only, up to eight guests are invited to enjoy a unique dining experience with tailor-made, personalized menus and wine pairings, accompanied by presentations from Ana Parga, executive chef.
Potentially ideal for private lunch and dinner meetings, customizable menus boast a selection of items including White Bean and Truffle Essence Soup; Pan Seared Duck Breast with Port Wine Sauce; Blueberry Mojito Granite; and Deconstructed Lemon Merengue Pie with Fresh Berries.
Set on one of Puerto Rico's most scenic beaches, El San Juan Resort & Casino is surrounded by 15 acres of landscaped grounds and features 386 rooms and suites, blending tropical splendor and old-world elegance. The lobby experience includes four sophisticated bars alongside the alluring Encanto Beach Club, an open-air pool and beach lounge of 24 canopied daybeds, three private cabanas, 25 retro-circular lounging pods, hammocks, swings and a swim-up bar.
In late 2013, the hotel also revealed refreshed accommodations, a revamped fantasy pool, a corporate lounge, and new fitness center. Additional amenities feature 10 dining options, including the new Meat Market Miami which combines the flair of San Juan with the style of Miami Beach; rooftop Edouard de Paris Day Spa; extensive selection of entertainment venues and 16,500-square-foot casino, as well as 35,000 square feet of meeting and event space.
