The 99-room Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Canton South has debuted at 4025 Greentree Avenue in Canton. It will operate as a Marriott franchise and be managed by Commonwealth Hotels LLC of Covington, Ky.
Located 13 miles from Akron Canton Regional Airport and 5 minutes from downtown, the hotel offers guests convenient access to the Pro Football Hall of Fame, Kent State University, and The Timken Company.
The Fairfield Inn & Suites public space features an open and bright lobby with a vibrant color palette of greens, blues and oranges. Guest rooms and suites offer separate living, working and sleeping areas, with televisions, microwaves and mini-fridges that enhance the guest experience. The bright, spacious living area provides a well-lit work area, ergonomic chair and entertainment area with a second television.
