LOS ANGELES
The Ratkovich Company, in partnership with National Real Estate Advisors, is investing $45 million in the transformation of the Sheraton Los Angeles Downtown Hotel, with the upgrades slated to wrap next summer.
The property will be completely renovated with a modern design inspired by downtown Los Angeles’ elegant Art Deco architectural past, and the multimillion dollar metamorphosis will include all of the hotel’s 496 guest rooms and suites, the hotel’s lobby, and all of its ballrooms and meeting room spaces.
The hotel’s outdoor spaces will be also be reimagined—with lounge space, cabanas and a rock garden. Additionally, the hotel’s restaurant menu and space will be redesigned.
Sheraton Los Angeles Downtown offers about 35,000 of overall indoor/outdoor event space, including a 10,000-square-foot ballroom.
