FARGO, N.D.
A new Element hotel will open its doors in Fargo, N.D., on Feb. 12, 2015, offering 130 guest rooms and a meetings-ready, 450-square-foot function room adjoined by patio space.
The event room boasts side-by-side 75-inch flat screen televisions and modern audiovisual equipment. At the head of the custom U-shaped table is a Crestron touch panel that controls the room’s technology, lighting, and sound, while determining which of six desk connections is shown on screen. An environmentally sustainable curtain wall features a magnetic back-painted glass marker board that stretches the entire length of the wall.
Element Fargo will be located at the intersection of Interstate 94 and Veteran’s Boulevard, just off a recently-built exit, allowing easy access to many Red River Valley attractions, the hotel will run a complimentary shuttle service to Hector International Airport (FAR).
In addition, the hotel is just five minutes away from North Dakota’s largest retail hub. West Acres Mall is home to more than 100 stores and services, a 750-seat food court, a movie theater, and the Roger Maris Museum.
