Marin Management, Inc. has unveiled the dramatic multimillion-dollar renovation and extensive expansion of its DoubleTree by Hilton Los Angeles - Rosemead property.
Nine miles from Pasadena and 10 miles from downtown Los Angeles, the 200-room property serves the San Gabriel Valley, Rosemead, Montebello and Los Angeles areas. The property-wide renovation and expansion includes an updated lobby, a new tower with additional meeting space, 53 new guest rooms and modern renovations to the existing 149 guest rooms.
Among the hotel's new architectural features is its soaring, 28-foot-tall lobby. Additionally, the new tower development dramatically expands the hotel's meetings and events offering with flexible meeting space that includes private board rooms and conference rooms, and a new ballroom to accommodate up to 300 for banquets, conferences and other special events.
Bride and speaker-ready rooms have been designed to add privacy and convenience for special occasions. Expansive pre-function space accommodates large conference and loading areas, and a new boardroom over the lobby is designed for smaller meetings.
Other fresh offerings include a new lounge located within the hotel lobby that features multiple large-screen HD televisions; a new 24-hour fitness center; the RoseTree California Bistro and Bar, a new restaurant featuring California cuisine; and a new outdoor dining terrace.
