Hotel ZaZa, a collection of luxury lifestyle hotels, is planning its second Dallas-area location for Wade Park in fast-growing Frisco. The new Hotel ZaZa will be a key element of Wade Park, Thomas Land & Development's massive 175-acre, $1.6 billion mixed-use development, underway at the Dallas North Tollway and Lebanon Road.
Upon launch, the new hotel will feature approximately 175 luxury guest rooms including 10 signature, one-of-a-kind suites, 10,000 square feet of meeting and function space, a pool area with bars and cozy cabanas, and a chef-driven destination restaurant.
A 1,000-square-foot fitness center and a ZaSpa will also be included among the hotel's amenities. It will join the brand's Hotel ZaZa Dallas and Hotel ZaZa Houston, and the group recently broke ground on a location in downtown Austin as well.
The new Hotel ZaZa will be prominently positioned along the main street of Wade Park's retail village, surrounded by 600,000 square-feet of high-end shopping, dining, and entertainment. The center will also feature 6 million square feet of office space and residential housing.
