LAS VEGAS
Caesars Palace has shared some details on the brand-new Omnia Nightclub Las Vegas, a brainchild of the Hakkasan Group set to launch in spring 2015.
The new venue will offer event buyout options for groups of 200 to 4,000 guests, and feature three distinctive experiences within two stories of elegance. Omnia will offer private events the flexibility to combine the individual spaces or use them separately, based on a group’s needs, and each multi-use room will be able to deliver a blend of music, sound and lighting that will create a unique ambience as a guest moves from room to room.
Event planners will have the flexibility of creating two separate points of entry; general invited guests and VIP guests. The invited guests’ entranceway is inspired by the interior of a jewel box and contains four built in registration/check-in kiosks; the VIP entrance will sit secluded to the side of the invited guests’ area inside a rotunda with customized LED lighting available.
Within the main nightclub area, a layered interior design strategy includes brown leather, antique mirrors and ornate screens surrounding a main dance area and a balcony skybox above able to house 2,500 people. At the center of it all will be a kinetic chandelier that beats and pulses to the sounds of the room.
The main floor is bookended by Velvet Bar and Opal Bar, with the Mirror Bar perched above on the balcony level. VIP private booths on the balcony floor reflect a European opera house style, and an ornately designed domed roof will encase the entire main club.
Other key elements will include a snazzy Ultra Lounge, an intimate space highlighted by blackened mirrors, antique brass and brown metallic vinyl; and a sprawling Terrace overlooking the Strip showcasing a 50-foot-long main bar and dance floor, VIP lounge tables and private cabanas. The Terrace will also include a large LED video wall visible from the Strip that will be available for company branding purposes.
