REDONDO BEACH, Calif.
Pacifica Hotels has opened The Redondo Beach Hotel in California, following a $13 million renovation of the former Sunrise Hotel property, which closed at the beginning of 2014.
The comprehensive renovation included brand new guest rooms and meeting spaces, the addition of balconies on the ocean-facing guest rooms, a second level outdoor lounge with views of the ocean and marina, a completely remodeled lobby, and an expansive portico.
“The updated hotel complements the beautiful location and comes at a time when the community itself is undergoing significant improvements," said Pacifica Hotels' President Matt Marquis. "This is a great seaside town and we are proud to be a part of it.”
The property features 112 guest rooms and suites, and offers complimentary Wi-Fi. On-site amenities include a heated pool and spa, as well as a fully-equipped gym.
With two new flexible meeting spaces that total 4,633 square feet, The Redondo Beach Hotel is ideal for corporate functions, intimate weddings, and celebrations, and can accommodate 35 to 75 attendees. Groups can also utilize the complimentary hot deluxe expanded breakfast.
Now through 03/31/15, guests can save 25% on their stay when they book the Grand Opening Celebration package directly through the hotel’s website with rates starting at $149/night.
