The Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, Fla., appointed Philippe Parodi as vice president of marketing & sales.
He brings more than 22 years of experience to the position and previously served as director of sales and marketing for luxury properties throughout the United States and Europe, including Canyon Ranch Miami Beach, Setai Miami Beach, Hotel Crillon Paris and Hotel Martinez on the French Riviera.
