Breckenridge Boutique Wraps Refresh

BRECKENRIDGE, Colo.

The Lodge at Breckenridge, recently purchased by Guest Services, Inc., has announced the completion of a $3.7 million renovation.

Formerly known as The Lodge and Spa at Breckenridg, the property offers ample views overlooking Breckenridge Ski Resort and the Ten Mile Range from its location at 10,200 feet high on Boreas Pass. Now, the 45-room property has been revitalized with mountain modern comforts in guest rooms and suites as well as upgrades throughout the property.

Thomas Hamilton & Associates, a Richmond, Va.-based design firm led the creative aspects of the renovation.

New this season is the snazzy Traverse Restaurant & Bar, featuring an innovative dining concept under Chef Brent Turnipseede, formerly of Sweet Basil in Vail, Colo., who has designed the Traverse menu to feature entrees highlighting local Colorado game and fresh fish.

The Lodge at Breckenridge is located 90 miles west of Denver, five minutes from historic downtown Breckenridge and just minutes away from some top skiing. It offers more than 3,600 square feet of meeting and function space and is a popular site for weddings and board retreats.
