Now taking reservations, the Chef’s Studio has debuted as the newest venue at El San Juan Resort & Casino, A Hilton Hotel, in Puerto Rico.
Located in the resort’s main kitchen, the vibrant and colorful Studio welcomes up to eight guests for a private and distinctive culinary experience. Available upon prior reservation only, diners are invited to enjoy a memorable dining experience with tailor-made, personalized menus and wine pairings, accompanied by presentations from Ana Parga, executive chef.
Designed for private lunch and dinners, customizable menus boast a selection of items including White Bean and Truffle Essence Soup; Pan Seared Duck Breast with Port Wine Sauce; Blueberry Mojito Granite; and Deconstructed Lemon Merengue Pie with Fresh Berries.
El San Juan Resort & Casino is surrounded by 15 lush acres of landscaped grounds and features 386 rooms and suites.
