Waramaug Hospitality has completed renovations of the 215-room, full-service Dublin Crowne Plaza hotel for a cost of $6 million, or $28k per room.
The newly revitalized Crowne Plaza Dublin has improved all guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, public spaces, food and beverage outlets and lobby areas. The exterior of the hotel has also been upgraded along with the parking areas and landscaping.
Guests can now enjoy the newly expanded and fully renovated fitness center, indoor pool and free shuttle. The hotel is located near downtown Columbus, Ohio, with award-winning dining and entertainment. It's also close to Historic Dublin, a National Historic District, which offers the charm and warmth of a small town with access to premier shopping and dining mere moments from the front door of the hotel.
The property is located near companies such as OCLC, Ashland, IBM, Honda, Verizon and Cardinal Health and offers 13,000 square feet of meeting space and perks like a two-hour RFP.
