MIAMI
Hyatt Hotels Corporation is readying for the anticipated April 2015 opening of Hyatt Centric South Beach Miami, located at the intersection of 16th Street and Collins Avenue.
Designed by renowned architect Kobi Karp, the 10-story glass tower stands apart from the more traditional art deco developments. The hotel will feature 105 guest rooms, a third-floor deck featuring a swimming pool and an indoor-outdoor dining experience, ground-floor retail, and convenient beach access with chaise lounge chairs and food and beverage service.
Situated on prime South Beach real estate, just steps from the beach, Hyatt Centric South Beach will put guests in the center of the action, close to Miami Beach’s premier shopping, restaurants and nightlife venues.
The hotel will boast an indoor-outdoor lobby on the third floor; the lobby lounge will include a full-service bar offering hand-crafted signature cocktails. The Corner will house the hotel’s curated book and magazine selection. Outside, the pool deck will offer lush lounge chairs and shaded cabanas. Next-door is Deck 16, a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant that will offer locally sourced cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Hyatt Centric South Beach will offer 700 square feet of meeting space on the second floor in a boardroom. Additional amenities will include complimentary wireless Internet throughout the hotel, a Bluetooth-enabled TV system and ground-floor retailers.
