SAN ANTONIO
Zachry Hospitality announced an agreement to acquire the Embassy Suites San Antonio - International Airport, in Texas, from FelCor Lodging Trust Incorporated.
The purchase is expected to close during the first quarter 2015, and Zachry Hospitality will also manage the hotel’s operations—and is planning substantial upgrades in the near future.
The 261-room hotel is located adjacent to the San Antonio International Airport and 7.5 miles from downtown. There is flexible event space for up to 100 guests. Amenities include an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center equipped with cardiovascular machines and weights and a spacious indoor atrium.
Dining is hallmarked by Ellington’s restaurant, focused on Texas flavors in a vibrant atmosphere, and the property also hosts a complimentary Manager’s Reception in its atrium each night offering beverages and light snacks on the house.
