The Ellis Hotel in Atlanta has unveiled some intriguing offerings lately, including group meeting specials that include a Government Meetings package and a revitalized Women’s Only floor.

For starters, this summer meeting planners will enjoy free meeting-space rentals for the months of June and August, with overnight guest room bookings, for new events or meetings.

Planners will enjoy the following savings and value:

  • The Ellis Hotel’s Stoddard Room (pictured; 1,205 square feet) normally $1,500 is now a FREE rental (with a minimum of 13 guest-room rentals). This meeting room comfortably fits up to 60 people in a classroom setting.

  • The Ellis Hotel’s Carnegie Room (270 square feet) normally $750 is now a free rental (with a minimum of 8 to 12 guest-room rentals). This meeting room comfortably fits up to 12 people in a conference setting.

Guests who book the meeting rooms in June or August 2015 will also enjoy:

  • 15 percent off all catered food and beverage (with a minimum spend of $1,000 for the Stoddard Room, and a minimum spend of $500 for the Carnegie Room)
  • 15 percent off all in-house audio/visual rentals.
  • Two complimentary room upgrades to a premium room, a Women’s Only Floor Room or a Fresh Air Floor Room (for those who book 20 or more rooms).
  • Rooms starting at only $129 and up per night, depending on occupancy (with a minimum of 8 rooms per night booked)

 The Ellis Hotel recently went through a $700,000 redesign of its meeting spaces.

The property will also be extending a special offer for Government Meeting groups for 2015, with a variety of savings and values. With at least eight guest-room rentals, government-groups will enjoy a per diem nightly rate of only $135. For a limited time, this rate also includes a free Hot and Cold Breakfast Buffet.

 There is also a large savings on The Ellis Hotel’s meeting spaces (aside from the free meetings specials for all qualifying groups in June and August) through the end of 2015: 

  • The Ellis Hotel’s Stoddard Room (1,205 square feet) is available to government groups for 50 percent off the room rental with a free coffee break.

  • The Ellis Hotel’s Carnegie Room (270 square feet) is also available for government groups for 50 percent off the room rental with a free coffee break.

Government meeting attendees will also enjoy: 

  • A complimentary Terrace Bistro Breakfast Buffet, including omelet and waffle stations, as well as a spread that includes bacon, sausage, oatmeal, grits, granola, fresh fruit, pastries and more.

  • $1 glasses of wine and complimentary light appetizers from 5:30-6 p.m. in the Terrace Lounge.

  • Complimentary Wi-Fi, Fitness Center, Business Center and morning coffee.

As for the hotel’s revitalized “Women’s Only Floor,” female guests will enjoy private-access accommodations, complimentary beauty products, hair irons, silk, flowers and women-centric art from Chelko Foundation, a non-profit that empowers women through art and education. From arrival to departure, women guests will enjoy special treatment, on a floor that can only be accessed by a specific keycard in the elevator.
