Portland Boutique Makes Dynamic Debut

PORTLAND, Ore.

Hotel Eastlund, the city’s new Eastside hotel, has officially opened its doors. The hotel is the first four-star boutique property located on the city’s fast-growing Eastside and offers sweeping views of Portland.

Inspired by mid-century decor and architecture, Hotel Eastlund features 168 rooms and suites with wall-to-wall windows, and either California King or Queen beds. Commissioned artworks decorate the guest rooms.

The hotel’s two dining options, Altabira City Tavern and Citizen Baker are also now open. Altabira City Tavern, a rooftop restaurant and bar by chef David Machado, offers American cuisine with a beer-centric menu. Citizen Baker, adjacent to the lobby, will act as a casual daytime café and evening wine bar.

The hotel accommodates large-scale events in their luxurious ballroom boasting floor-to-ceiling windows, showcasing pristine views of the city. Guests can reserve their choice of two executive boardrooms and two private dining rooms overlooking downtown and dine with locals in the two restaurants curated by renowned chef David Machado. The property offers 5,300 square of total meeting and event space.

Hotel Eastlund is located adjacent to the Oregon Convention Center, Moda Center and Veterans Memorial Coliseum. Visitors are a short walk to the Portland streetcar and MAX Light Rail that grant access to the rest of the city and the PDX Airport.
