Kimpton’s three Florida hotels – EPIC Miami; Surfcomber Miami, South Beach; and Vero Beach Hotel & Spa – are offering groups the Pick Your Perks program, in an effort to help meeting planners stage more productive meetings while capitalizing on an array of value-added perks.
From yacht excursions and private wine receptions to VIP guestroom upgrades and airport group transfers, planners can choose from a variety of options, extras and upgrades to customize meetings and deliver a memorable experience.
Additionally, based on the total combined group spend, planners will also receive an American Express gift card ranging from $200 to $750. Specific perks available at each Kimpton property in Florida are as follows:
EPIC Hotel, Miami – EPIC’s Pick Your Perks meeting program offers planners up to seven percent off the master account when contracting 50-100 rooms per night. Planners can also select two perks from the following perks:
- 2 hour private yacht cruise (food and beverage not included, only available to groups booking minimum of 50 rooms per night for two nights)*.
- 10% off published AV rentals.
- 50% off meeting room rental.
- Complimentary future 3 day 2 night stay.
- Upgrade from Continental Breakfast to Hot Buffet breakfast for a $1 more per person.
- iPad (16GB).
Additionally, American Express Gift Card will be provided for master account spends of:
- $10,000 - $20,000 and receive a $200 gift card.
- $20,001 - 35,000 and receive a $500 gift card.
- $35,001 and receive a $750 gift card.
Surfcomber Miami, South Beach – Surfcomber’s Pick Your Perks meeting program offers planners five percent off the master account when contracting 30+ guest rooms and consumed for a minimum of two nights. Planners can also select two perks from the below list when planning their meeting at Surfcomber:
- Upgrade from Continental to Hot Buffet Breakfast for $1 more per person.
- One hour wine welcome reception.
- One complimentary future 3 day 2 night stay.
- Two complimentary upgrades for VIP.
- Two round trip airport transfers for VIP.
- 1 per 50 comp policy.
- Up to five VIP welcome culinary amenities (chef’s selection).
- Up to five VIP turn down service.
- One Hospitality cabana for VIP each day with fruit, snacks, soda, water and juice.
Additionally, American Express Gift Card will be provided for master account spends of:
- $300 when spending $10,000 - $15,000.
- $400 when spending $15,001 - $20,000.
- $600 when spending $20,001 or more.
Vero Beach Hotel & Spa – Vero Beach Hotel & Spa’s Pick Your Perks meeting program offers:
- 10% off AV.
- 10% off food and beverage.
- Complimentary welcome wine reception (hotels’ choice of wine).
- $70/person full day meeting (breakfast, lunch buffet, afternoon break, all day beverage).
The Pick Your Perks meetings offers at EPIC, Surfcomber, and Vero Beach Hotel and Spa are valid on all new group bookings and must be booked for a date preceding September 30, 2015.
