Howard Harris has been appointed general manager of The Boulders Resort & Spa. He is responsible for overseeing all operations at this luxury hideaway property that has earned a reputation as one of America's top golf resorts and a celebrated destination. The property features over 50,000 square feet of meeting space, including the 17,800-square-foot Tohono Conference Center.

Harris has served in the hospitality industry for 23 years. He joins The Boulders, most recently, from Hilton Lake Las Vegas, where he served as general manager. Previously, he held the general manager position at the Hilton Sacramento, California from 2006 to 2012. Earlier, Harris was the general manager of the Embassy Suites in Tucson, Arizona. He began his career in hospitality at the Burbank Airport Hilton, California and quickly increased his responsibilities and experience within the company as the director of rooms at the Hilton Sacramento Hotel.
Harris holds an MBA degree from Fresno State University in California. He is an avid golfer and enjoys fly-fishing. He and his wife reside in Scottsdale.
