Visit Orlando Launches ‘Emotional’ Campaign

LAS VEGAS/ORLANDO

Visit Orlando announced at IMEX America that it will launch a new “Share Orlando” marketing campaign focusing on stories generated by social media posts from travelers in the destination.

“There is simply no other destination where extraordinary experiences occur in such creative and innovative backdrops the way they do in Orlando,” said George Aguel, president and CEO of Visit Orlando, announcing the effort. “Whether visitors are here on business or pleasure, Orlando is a place they look forward to visiting and one that quickly turns them into storytellers.”

Visit Orlando will also comb through posts of meeting attendees for the campaign, hoping to inspire planners to imagine themselves in the destination and tap into a more-emotional side of the attendee experience.

Attendees will be encouraged to use #OrlandoMeeting when sharing posts and videos during their events.
