SAN DIEGO
The Courtyard by Marriott San Diego Gaslamp/Convention Center is open for business.
The 90-room, 14-story hotel operates as a Marriott franchise, owned by J Street Hospitality, Inc. and is managed by Azul Hospitality Group, Inc. both based in San Diego.
The hotel's custom lobby opens to a bold “racing stripe” of green terrazzo tile leading guests to the business center with an array of seating zones, complimentary Wi-Fi and a computer station dedicated solely to checking flight status and printing boarding passes.
Additional features include an on-site fitness center; The Market, a 24/7 shop for snacks, beverages and sundries; and The Bistro, overlooking the lobby with an outdoor patio, offers flexible seating.
The 14-story hotel also offers The Nolen—a rooftop bar and lounge serving takes on traditional comfort foods and offering views of downtown San Diego, Petco Ballpark, San Diego Bay and Coronado Island. Paying homage to the early craftsman, the open-air establishment is dedicated to advancing the art of the cocktail. House batched barrel-aged cocktails, beer flights and savory food highlight the menu.
Conveniently located for both business and leisure travelers alike, the Courtyard San Diego Gaslamp/Convention Center gives guests easy access to the vibrant Gaslamp Quarter and some of the best restaurants, shopping and attractions that San Diego has to offer.
Located four blocks from the San Diego Convention Center and three miles from the San Diego International Airport, the hotel is also near popular local attractions including the Seaport Village, Westfield Horton Plaza, Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, and the U.S.S. Midway Museum.
No information on total meeting space is currently available on the hotel’s website, however, the Courtyard San Diego provides easy access to the aforementioned San Diego Convention Center.
