The Embassy Suites by Hilton Colorado Springs introduces new executive chef and food & beverage manager, Anthony Neal. The 206-all suite hotel is currently undergoing a renovation to reveal new accommodations and interior design. The property offers 7,000 square feet of meeting space, including a 3,450-square foot ballroom that can accommodate up to 350 guests theater-style.

Neal is an industry veteran with a strong background in foodservice, business, leadership and team building. In his current position, he is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the hotel restaurant, Polo Club, direction of banquet cuisine for catered events and management of the food & beverage team.
