CWT Meetings & Events, a meetings and events agency, announced that Cindy Fisher will lead its global business. Formerly the vice president of Global Sales Americas for Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT), Fisher has been appointed to the role of vice president of CWT Meetings & Events.
“Cindy brings a deep knowledge of CWT, a truly global set of experiences, demonstrated success in key leadership positions and exceptional client relationships with her to this new role,” said Executive Vice President, CWT, David Moran—to whom Fisher will report.
Fisher has held various management roles at CWT for more than 20 years, is based in St. Louis and is an active member of GBTA and the Association for Career and Technical Education (ACTE).
“I’m looking forward to working with the strong team already in place at CWT Meetings & Events, and collaborating on new, innovative ways to achieve our business results and our clients’ strategic goals,” Fisher said, in response to her new role at CWT Meetings & Events.
