TJM Atlantic City Buys Bucks County Hotel

BUCKS COUNTY, Penn.

TJM Atlantic City added a third property to its portfolio with the purchase of the Radisson Philadelphia Northeast, a 274-room property in Trevose in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Located 20 miles from Center City Philadelphia, the hotel caters to business travelers and conference attendees.

The recently formed hotel management company purchased the Radisson for $15 million. TJM Atlantic City is a subsidiary of TJM Properties, a privately held real estate firm in Clearwater, Fla.

The 274-room Radisson Philadelphia Northeast features 20,000 square feet of event space and can host a range of functions from conferences of up to 800 to tradeshows, galas and social events. The hotel offers 19 meeting rooms including the Forest Ballroom, the largest hotel ballroom facility in the area.

The Radisson Philadelphia Northeast is located near the major intersection of Lincoln Highway (US 1) and the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-276), providing access to the area’s corporate and leisure markets.

The hotel is 23 miles from Philadelphia International Airport and 42.8 miles from Lehigh Valley International Airport. The area is known for its natural beauty, historic attractions, shopping and entertainment, and proximity to prominent universities. Area attractions include Sesame Place Theme Park, Parx Casino & Racetrack, Philadelphia Mills Shopping Mall, Neshaminy Mall, and Sportsplex.
