Houston Airport Marriott at George Bush Intercontinental is nearing completion on its multimillion-dollar renovation the 573-room hotel. The property-wide renovation includes upgrades to the hotel's exterior, guest rooms, suites, meeting rooms, lobby, restaurants, public areas and fitness center.
The hotel's location in Houston's major international airport deems it a high-demand destination for business travelers, families and individuals. Designed with an on-the-go traveler in mind and due to be complete in late 2015, the renovated guest rooms introduce an updated soft-contemporary design with streamlined case goods, decorative lighting, luxury linens, transitionally styled artwork, carpet and window coverings.
The Houston Airport Marriott’s 34 meeting rooms featuring 30,000 square feet of total meeting space showcase new furnishings, carpet, wall coverings and modern technology. Meeting rooms have been outfitted with premium audio/visual systems for groups of all sizes.
Additional upgrades include an enhanced lobby, a new business center, updated public areas and a number of extensive façade improvements including an updated porte-cochère.
