LAS VEGAS
ARIA Resort & Casino announced a series of new meetings developments that include a convention center refresh, the addition of The Event Space at Crystals and two new restaurants.
Scheduled for completion the end of December 2015, upgrades to the 300,000-square-foot convention space will feature new media walls, high-tech furniture, charging stations, registration areas and more.
Within the pre-function area, new furniture groupings will increase the seating capacity by 40 percent to accommodate over 200 people and allow attendees to collaborate and engage in conversation.
“Since opening in December 2009, ARIA has been a top choice for convention and corporate business, and this refresh with special new touches allows us to further improve our attendees’ experience,” said Tony Yousfi, vice president of Sales for ARIA Resort & Casino. “The value of face-to-face meetings is evident by the growth and demand and we remain committed to providing the best of the best.”
Adjacent to ARIA, The Shops at Crystals now includes 13,000 square feet of multi-level, flexible meeting space. Able to accommodate up to 980 guests, The Event Space at Crystals overlooks ARIA’s colorful dancing waters of Lumia and the Focus Water Wall, providing a memorable backdrop for any occasion.
Within ARIA's list of 16 restaurants featuring some of the world’s most critically acclaimed chefs and restaurant designers are two exciting new dining options.
Carbone, a celebrated concept out of New York, opened its Las Vegas doors in October 2015, serving classic Italian-American fare. The restaurant is comprised of several distinctive spaces. A private dining room with one long table can accommodate up to 40 guests or can be divided into two smaller rooms.
Other spaces include a semi-private White Room for groups of up to 30, The Blue Room with walls composed of tiles from New York subway stations seats up to 60, and The Red Room with a floor-to-ceiling Murano Glass Crystal Chandelier can accommodate up to 105.
Groups can book private events at Carbone for breakfast, lunch, dinner and receptions.
Opening late December 2015, Herringbone will feature the first indoor/outdoor dining experience at ARIA. The patio, surrounded by a garden landscape, will provide a backdrop where guests can mingle and enjoy the California-inspired coastal cuisine from celebrated chef Brian Malarkey. The indoor dining room and outdoor patio will be able to seat up to 111, while the lounge will accommodate up to 66.
