Dream Hollywood Plans 2016 Debut

LOS ANGELES

Dream Hotels announced that Dream Hollywood, the brand’s West Coast flagship, is set to open in Q2 of 2016, serving as an anchor to the extensive revitalization of the Hollywood neighborhood.

The experiential lifestyle hotel brand’s marquee property will feature 179 guest rooms and suites; five dining and nightlife venues both within and adjacent to the hotel; and a sweeping 11,000-square-foot rooftop with views of the city skyline, creating a new event space in Los Angeles.

Located in the heart of Hollywood on the buzzing corner of Selma Ave. and N. Cahuenga Blvd., Dream Hollywood will be flanked by a pedestrian alleyway linking the hotel and adjacent restaurant and nightlife venues operated by a world-class hospitality partner, transforming nearly half a city block into a communal gathering space where visitors can mix and mingle with the locals.

“Dream Hollywood will undoubtedly set the standard for experience-driven hospitality in Los Angeles,” said Dream Hollywood General Manager Ayo Akinsete. “Down to the details, Dream Hotels delivers a level of style and energy to the guest experience which is unmatched.”

Designed by the award-winning Rockwell Group, Dream Hollywood blends the surreal and contemporary with Los Angeles’ mid-century modern architecture to create an innovative setting. The hotel’s framework is rooted in the influence of iconic California architects such as John Lautner and Richard Neutra, balanced by double-height ceilings, garden-inspired pathways and trellis lighting.

There are no firm details on available on meeting and event space at this time.
