RAR Hospitality is proud to announce the appointment of Rochelle Samms as director of sales and marketing of Radisson Hotel Phoenix North. Samms brings 15 years management, sales, customer service, and marketing experience to her new role where she is responsible for the development and implementation of strong business and marketing strategies for the hotel to drive results for corporate, leisure and group travel.
“Rochelle Samms exhibits superior client relations skills based on elite customer service. She possesses exceptional closing skills based on her professional persistence and generally likable demeanor," said RAR Hospitality’s Vice President of Operations, Bob Moore.
Prior to her current position, she was the director of sales for Wyndham Garden Phoenix Hotel and the national sales manager for Crowne Plaza Phoenix Airport.
Samms oversees four employees on the sales team while supporting the operations of the 284-room hotel which offers 14,000 square feet of meeting space and a capacity of 400 guests,
San Diego-based RAR Hospitality took over management of Radisson Hotel Phoenix North in August 2014 and manages four other Arizona properties.
