Williamsburg Hotel Set for April Debut

NEW YORK

The William Vale Hotel, a 21-story luxury hotel in the iconic Williamsburg, Brooklyn neighborhood, will soon become one of the first major meetings hotels in the area when it launches in April 2016.

The hotel will offer views of the Manhattan skyline and will target business travelers who are looking to meet outside of Manhattan, which has long served as a popular meetings and events district in the city.

Here are some meetings-related highlights from the new property, which will feature:

  • A large ballroom (more than 4,000 square feet) that can accommodate 315 guests for special events and 240 guests for meetings. The ballroom features a stage area and custom LED lighting.
  • Two board rooms both holding 55 guests each.
  • Two conference rooms holding 75 guests each; stadium theater seating and in-house AV.
  • 40,000 square feet of total retail and outdoor green space that can be reserved.

The William Vale Hotel will also include a fitness center, easy access to dining and shopping, a rooftop bar and the city’s longest rooftop lap pool at 60 feet in length. Mark Speranza will serve as director of sales and marketing for the hotel and work with groups looking to meet at the hotel.
