Visit Winston-Salemannounced Alexandra “Alex” Collins, CHSE, as the new national sales manager. In this role, she is responsible for booking convention business in the national, regional association and corporate market segments.
Collins has more than a decade in the hospitality industry, most recently as group association sales manager at Twin City Quarter, a complex in downtown Winston-Salem with 461 guest rooms and 170,000 square feet of meeting space between the Marriott Hotel, Embassy Suites and Benton Convention Center. Prior to Twin City Quarter, Collins was at the Marriott Frenchman’s Reef & Morning Star Beach Resort in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Collins graduated from UNC at Chapel Hill and received her Master’s Certificate in Hospitality Management from Cornell University.
