NEW YORK
Sbe completed its first redesign phase of The Martha Washington Hotel, which is now known as The Redbury New York. The brand-new boutique hotel officially launched earlier this month.
The building's iconic facade and designated historic landmark status reinforce The Redbury New York's timeless design, which effortlessly transports guests to another era of New York's history.
Rolston's design inspiration captures the bold colors and vibrant music culture of Tin Pan Alley, utilizing vintage music imagery, gramophones, historic photography of New York City in the early- to mid-20th century, 1960s-era patterns and motifs (such as paisley wallpapers and oriental rugs), and more.
Rolston has once again partnered with the design team behind The Redbury Hollywood and The Redbury South Beach, working closely with Dakota Development and Avenue Interior Design.
Setting a new benchmark for hospitality in New York City, The Redbury New York is the largest Redbury property to date, featuring 256 guest rooms, creative meeting spaces featuring Juliet balconies and extravagant windows, relaxation areas and the buzzy on-site restaurant Marta.
The Redbury New York offers over 7,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor function space.
