The meeting space at the Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites by Hilton in Bossier City, La., has officially been branded as the Garden Event Center, and the property is celebrating the launch of the updated name by offering a cash incentive for new meetings and event business.
To receive the cash reward of up to $3,000, meetings must be booked by Dec. 31, 2016.
“The Garden Event Center offers an upscale experience for attendees and stress-free planning for meeting organizers,” said Sandra Haynes, area director of sales at the facility.
The Garden Event Center has over 9,000-square-feet of flexible meeting and banquet space and offers an exquisite dining experience with savory flavors prepared by its executive chef. Included in the booking is the state-of-the-art audio visual technology with on-site support, and the Butler II System which guarantees that the banquet staff is never more than a push of a button away.
To qualify for the offer, the meeting must not have been held in Shreveport-Bossier in the past two years. The offer requires a minimum of 50 hotel room nights. Other restrictions may apply.
