David Castle

The Hyatt Regency Aurora-Denver Conference Center recently opened and appointed David Castle as the director of food & beverage.

The hotel features 249 guest rooms and more than 30,000 square feet of conference and event space as well as a full service restaurant and lounge with a large outdoor patio.

As director of food and beverage, Castle will oversee all aspects of the property’s hotel food and beverage operation, including quality control, purchase of food and beverage products, storage, production, service delivery, cleanliness and ambience. He will also be in charge of training and quality assurance of banquets, room service, hotel bar and restaurant.

With Hyatt since 2005, Castle previously worked at Grand Hyatt Kaua’i Resort and Spa, Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort and Spa outside Albuquerque, N.M., Hyatt Regency Irvine in Orange County, Calif. and Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center.
