LA GRANGE, Ga.
Great Wolf Lodge Georgia will provide families with nearly 500,000 square feet of entertainment offerings and lodging amenities when it opens, with an expected 2018 launch. Highlights of the resort include a 93,000-square-foot indoor waterpark and 16,000 square feet of flexible conference space.

The resort is the result of a collaboration and partnership Great Wolf Resorts entered with the state of Georgia and the City of LaGrange. Governor Nathan Deal echoed Rodríguez’s sentiment.
“Creating more than 600 jobs and investing more than $150 million, the economic impact from the Great Wolf Lodge Georgia operation will be felt immediately, and we anticipate additional investment in the region as operations ramp up,” Gov. Deal said. “This project is a result of strong partnership between local and state leaders that will benefit the local community.”
Great Wolf Lodge Georgia will be a complete destination, appealing to families looking for a nearby staycation option as well as traveling families planning vacations from out of state. The 456 guest suites will provide the perfect place to relax after a full day of waterpark play. Each suite will accommodate at least five people and include an in-room refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker.
Families can choose from several suite styles, including the kid-focused Wolf Den and KidCabin suites, complete with bunk beds and theming featuring the Great Wolf Kids characters. Larger families will also be able to choose from several suites styles that sleep up to eight people.
Great Wolf Lodge Georgia will also feature varied entertainment options.
Attractions and entertainment will include:
- Great Wolf Adventure Park—a full-service family entertainment center, complete with the 40,000+-square-foot Howlers Peak Ropes Course, a multi-level climbing attraction, and Howl in One indoor miniature golf, Ten Paw Alley mini bowling and several new attractions.
- MagiQuest, the brand’s exclusive live-action, interactive game complete with magic wands.
- Scooops Kid Spa, offering ice cream-themed manicures and pedicures.
- Many children’s activities including Yoga Tails, the Forest Friends Show, Wiley the Wolf and his character friends, and more as part of the resort’s daily Great Wolf Kids program.
- Story Time, a Great Wolf Lodge tradition by the fireplace in the Grand Lobby.
At Great Wolf Lodge Georgia dining will be a key part of the experience. The resort will have several restaurants and food outlets on-site including Barnwood, a signature restaurant, and Hungry as a Wolf handcrafted pizza and pasta, alongside Buckets Incredible Craveables for poolside options.
For family-friendly meetings and events, Great Wolf Lodge Georgia will include more than 16,000 square feet of flexible conference space, built-in modern AV technology and customizable catering options.
Admission to Great Wolf Lodge Georgia’s indoor water park will be exclusive to resort guests, and included with each overnight reservation. The resort will be the company’s 15th in North America.
La Grange is located off I-85 about 70 minutes from downtown Atlanta.
