SEATTLE
The 459-room Seattle Airport Marriott announced Spire Hospitality as its new management company, which will oversee extensive renovations in coming months, incorporating an updated Marriott guest room package as well as adding meeting and event space to the existing 15,000 square feet.
The Seattle hotel was recently acquired by AWH Partners and further renovations include an atrium reconfiguration (related to meetings and events) and the completion of a renovation to its public spaces. Spire Hospitality will operate the property under a franchise agreement with Marriott Hotels.
