Chris Steffich

Benchmark Hospitality International named Chris Steffich director of operations for Eaglewood Resort & Spa, a Benchmark Resort located 30 minutes from the Chicago Loop.

“Chris comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and ‘hands on’ experience, having worked for Benchmark Hospitality International since 2003,” said Tom Garcia, vice president and general manager for the resort. “He was at Eaglewood from 2005 to 2007 as our assistant food & beverage director, and has an excellent grasp of the unique aspects of our resort and Chicagoland destination. We congratulate Chris on his promotion.”

Steffich was most recently the director of food & beverage for Lockheed Martin Center for Leadership Excellence. He held the same position for Stonewall Resort, a Benchmark Resorts & Hotels property located in Roanoke, West Virginia. Earlier in his career he served as a team service leader for Walt Disney, Inc.

Mr. Steffich attended West Virginia University at Morgantown and Fairmont State University of Fairmont, West Virginia.
