Embassy Suites by Hilton announced the opening of Embassy Suites by Hilton Scottsdale Resort following a $25 million renovation. Formerly Chaparral Suites, the 312-suite hotel is the brand’s sixth property in the metropolitan Phoenix area and offers 60,000 square feet of meeting and event space.
Overlooking Camelback Mountain and within walking distance of Old Town Scottsdale’s shopping and nightlife, the refurbished hotel and conference center is less than 11 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and located near golf courses, spa facilities, dining, art galleries and outdoor recreational facilities. It is owned by Snyder Nationwide and managed by Crescent Hotels.

The Embassy Suites by Hilton Scottsdale Resort offers the brand’s signature amenities, including its free made-to-order breakfast and two-hour complimentary Evening Reception with snacks and beverages. Relaxation abounds at the hotel’s tennis court and two resort-style outdoor swimming pools, which can be seen through the floor-to-ceiling windows of the adjacent, 2,000-square-foot fitness center.
The hotel’s conference facility—one of the area’s most expansive—features three large-scale ballrooms, the largest of which can accommodate up to 1,400 guests for receptions or other large functions. Also available are two private dining rooms, three private boardrooms and four outdoor terraces.
For smaller group meetings, the hotel offers the Meetings Simplified by Embassy Suites by Hilton package including the meeting room, basic meeting Wi-Fi, meeting room supplies including a flipchart, markers, extension and power cord, and all-day non-alcoholic beverage service.
