MIAMI BEACH, Fla.
The Greater Miami CVB reported that the Miami Beach Convention Center entered the next phase of its $615 million renovation with contractors pouring concrete for Halls A & B.
When the Miami Beach Convention Center renovation is completed in 2018, the LEED certified facility will feature more than 500,000 square feet of exhibit space, a 60,000-square-foot mixed use ballroom and 81 new break-out rooms spanning 190,000 square feet. The updated and expanded convention center is expected to bring an additional $100 million per year to the destination’s economic impact.
