The 294-suite Residence Inn by Marriott in Anaheim, Calif., opened on Friday, July 29. Located at 640 West Katella Ave., the all-suite Residence Inn at Anaheim Resort/Convention Center will operate as a Marriott franchise, managed by Evolution Hospitality of San Clemente, Calif.
The property is centrally located and within walking distance to the Anaheim Convention Center, Disneyland, Downtown Disney and Disney California Adventure. Rates vary depending on length of stay.
Each suite features a full kitchen complete with a refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher, as well as a set of pots, pans, flatware, dishware and glassware. The Residence Inn at Anaheim Resort/Convention Center Kids’ Suite highlights the area’s Disney appeal. The Kids’ Suite, sleeps up to eight guests and includes a kid’s themed-room with bunk bed and a private bathroom, as well as a separate adult suite with attached bathroom giving parents and kids some extra privacy in one convenient space.
Extending the feeling of comfortable living on the road, the Residence Inn at Anaheim Resort/Convention Center offers guests inviting and functional public spaces to relax or collaborate. Amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, 24-hour on-site food and beverage market, dry cleaning services and an on-site guest laundry room.
